@9999889 am maybe … @9999889 am maybe you didnt do something good during install…Make sure you folow this…typical install, TICK OFF(DISABLE, UNSELECT..) “I agree to participate in eset live grid”, chose option “enable detection of…”, once install finishes, chose activate product with username and pass, copy the user and pass in description in the boxes and it should work, at least it worked for me
