0 Computer Security 101, part 1This is a class I taught on Compter Security for #OccupySeattle and my Tibetan sisters & brothers. This is part 1 of 2 parts.

My presentation discusses computer safety vs. computer security, risk analysis & appropriate responses, traffic analysis, key generation & management, and introduces our cast of characters: Alice, Bob, Eve, Mallory, & Trent.

The second class (TBA) will cover hashes & encryption, primitives & protocols.

    Dose anybody know …
    Dose anybody know if it’s safe to delete .txt files off my pc. I’m asking because I have a total of 2gb .txt files and that would free up alot of space on my pc but I don’t know if it’s safe to do so and I can’t find anywhere online if it’s safe to do so.
