Does Tails live OS or Liberte Linux give more security and anonymity?

They’re both Linux, so I know they both come with the benefits of Linux. IMO linux does. Slackware Linux is the most secure.
What is the best university for a computer security major? Purdue, UMUC, Kennesaw State, or Utica?
